The house is also available on a daily rate if required. A discount of 10% is given for bookings longer than two weeks.

All year only €250 per week !!

We intend to be completely flexible in regard to arrival / departure times and dates. As we also live in the village of El Canuelo we can be available to welcome you at most times. If for example you wish to book from Wednesday to Wednesday instead of Saturday to Saturday we can accommodate you if the dates are free.

Included within the house. All sheets and towels are provided, there is a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils with plates, cups and wine glasses for six people. We are also supplying a welcome pack.

We do not charge extra for the olive wood that will be required in the winter for the wood burning stove. Electric heating is also available. The house will be cleaned and prepared for you on your day of arrival.

Booking
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is payable in
advance and the balance in euros four weeks before arrival. The deposit may be sent to my brother in the UK or to ourselves here in Spain paid in euros.

Bookings can be confirmed by telephone or e mail. An email will be sent to you to confirm your reservation and we would request that a copy is signed and sent with your deposit.
